These tribe members are responsible for managing communications with the community on all social networks. Armed with their passion for customer service, they are skilled at provoking conversations, maintaining customer relations, and even crises management. Moreover, a Moderator loves researching and collecting information, and is responsible for the daily management and reporting among other things.
